This was one of the best Premiere inns I’ve ever used (and there’s been a lot). It was new year and the staff were wonderful, it was exceptional in cleanliness and food was top quality. I would definitely recommend this as a stay for travelers going that way thank you. I was a member of house keeping many years ago and standards were high, they excelled in all areas well done staff and management it was outstanding in my opinion
We stayed here one night ,due to my mother in law going in for a operation. Staff are welcoming and friendly Paticularly the two lads who worked nightshift went above and beyond to help The stressfull situation with my 9 year old daughter who couldn't sleep . They helped me entertainer while maintaining minimum disruption to there duties. The breakfast was very nice for the price and again the staff/chef was very helpfull
We visited the Premier Inn restaurant as part of a large group and were really impressed with the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. Organising and serving a group our size isn’t always easy, but they handled everything smoothly and with a smile. The service was friendly and attentive, without ever feeling rushed. The food came out promptly and was fresh, tasty and exactly what we needed. Every member of staff we spoke to was polite, helpful and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good time. Thank you for making our visit so relaxed and enjoyable. We really appreciated your effort , especially with such a big group! We’d happily return and definitely recommend.
The restaurant has visible water-like marks on the ceiling. Repainting the ceiling would help improve the overall appearance and create a more pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
The hotel was as expected clean and tidy, the restaurant on the other had wasn't so good, sticky table, and the hole place is looking tired could do with a cleaner. Also I gave my registration to reception as required but still got a parking fine in the post ( disputing it )
Always accommodating and happy to take us in as walk ins for the breakfast when we continually travel north on business from Cornwall. Great food choices and plenty available.

Great location just off M5 as a halfway point for our trip to St Davids in Wales. Used the meal deal as this was very good value for money. Our restaurant server, Chloe was excellent - friendly, helpful and efficient. Good choices on the menu and the food was very good. Room was clean and bed comfortable as usual at Premier Inn
